"Drawing plants is a quiet practice of patience—honoring the seasonal transitions we so often rush past."
— Yuna Sato, Founder & Illustrator
Observing the natural world with quiet graphic precision.
Quiet Color Studio was established by illustrator Yuna Sato to bridge classical Japanese botanical documentation with the minimalist geometry of modern editorial design. Working from living plant specimens and seasonal field observations, each piece begins with delicate graphite drafts before being translated into archival linework.
Collections are published in strict limited editions organized by seasonal cycles. Rather than mass printing, every edition is pulled individually using museum-grade cotton rag and mineral pigment suspensions to capture every microscopic stipple and petal contour with permanence.
